Warranty

What's covered

Your products are warranted free from defects in material and manufacturing for up to five years after installation. Where a defect is found, we'll repair or replace the damaged materials or components - provided the original purchaser can show proof of purchase and full payment.

What's not covered

• Wear and tear, misuse, abuse or accidental damage
• Equipment hire or electrical work needed for a repair
• Custom-sized products made beyond recommended dimensions
• Unauthorised repairs, or water damage
• Environmental exposure - excessive sun, wind, rain or discolouration
• Chemical or corrosive exposure - cleaning products, salt air, marine environments
• Moisture damage - mould, mildew or fungal growth in kitchens/bathrooms
• Condensation damage or warping
• Vandalism or acts of God

The warranty also excludes charges for access-equipment hire, electrical disconnection/reconnection and consequential damage - even while products remain under warranty.

Making a claim

Please report any product shortages, transit damage or visible defects within 48 hours, with photographic evidence. Claims are verified by Maple Blinds before processing.
